The most important relationship that exists is the one with ourselves. Unfortunately, many of us assign very little value and attention to this crucial bond. Society often encourages us to prioritize the needs of others over our own, leading to a significant disconnection from our own happiness and desires.

At Healing Self Wellness Center, we aim to redefine the concept of 'selfishness' and encourage you to learn to prioritize yourself. Many of us are unsure how to pursue genuine fulfillment and often find ourselves operating on autopilot. We go through the motions without a real connection to the lives we've built, resulting in a feeling of being lost and out of control.

The truth is, you cannot control what you do not understand. Many of us lack insight into why we do the things we do, how we communicate, or even why we love in the way we do. Whether through individual sessions or workshops, I provide a safe space where self-exploration without judgment is not only encouraged but celebrated. I promote unconditional self-love and self-compassion to help clients develop the confidence needed to face unexpected and difficult life challenges.

My focus is on helping everyone who enters my virtual doors forge a stronger connection with themselves. People in tune with their wants and needs can intentionally satisfy them. Clients working with me learn ways to prioritize self-care, making life a little more enjoyable. I offer various services, including individual and family therapy, oracle card readings and counseling, specialized workshops, and therapeutic book clubs.
